Five years in DeFi as a founder and marketer taught me the value of end-to-end ownership: brand positioning, partnerships, token launches, growth campaigns, and the dashboards, crawlers, and onchain bots I built myself when they didn't exist yet. Strategy and execution aren't separate things to me.
At Arcadia I coined the category framing "The Liquidity Management Layer," led the $AAA token launch end-to-end, and ran co-marketing campaigns generating up to 45k organic views, outperforming the competitive cohort by 50% on engagement. At Neptune I doubled average engagement through purely organic growth. I write the copy, define the voice, and own the numbers.
The tools came out of necessity. When the analytics I needed didn't exist, I built a social benchmarking dashboard. When clients needed visibility, I built a $6M TVL tracker with a VIP onboarding layer. When the official interface couldn't execute the strategies I wanted, I built my own ALM bot with a custom UI. Full-stack, containerized, AI-integrated: real tools built solo from zero to deployed.
